Meet Gabby

Gabby Childers, RD, is a sports dietitian who helps runners and endurance athletes overcome underfueling, REDs, and disordered eating so they can train harder, recover better, and feel confident in their nutrition. Her approach combines evidence-based performance nutrition with a compassionate, sustainable mindset around food.

Gabby’s passion for sports nutrition began as a collegiate volleyball player and continues to shape both her career and her own training. Whether she’s preparing for marathons, playing volleyball, or tackling long day hikes, she practices the same fueling strategies she teaches athletes—from Team USA to collegiate and recreational competitors.
