Meet Gabby
Hi, I’m Gabby — a sports dietitian who helps athletes fuel confidently, train hard, and feel strong in their bodies again.
I’m a Registered Dietitian and endurance athlete with a passion for helping athletes break free from underfueling, chronic fatigue, injuries, and the constant stress around food. I specialize in working with athletes struggling with disordered eating patterns, Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs), low energy availability, and performance plateaus.
Many of my clients come to me doing “everything right” — eating clean, training consistently, and staying disciplined — yet still feel exhausted, injured, stuck, or disconnected from their bodies. I help them shift from restrictive, fear-based fueling to a strategic, sustainable approach that supports both performance and long-term health.
My coaching philosophy blends evidence-based sports nutrition with a compassionate, individualized approach. I don’t believe in rigid meal plans, food rules, or extremes. Instead, I help you learn how to fuel adequately, recover fully, and trust your body — so you can run faster, lift stronger, and show up energized in your everyday life.
When I’m not coaching, you can usually find me running along the coast, strength training, drinking really good coffee, or spending time with friends. As an athlete myself, I understand the mental and physical demands of training — and how powerful it is to finally feel fueled, resilient, and confident again.
