Fuel Smart. Run Strong. Finish Confident.

Sports nutrition coaching for marathon and half marathon runners who are tired of bonking, burning out, or guessing how much to eat.

I help recreational runners close the under-fueling gap so training finally feels sustainable — no rigid meal plans, no obsessive tracking, just a fueling strategy built for your miles.

  • Tired of generic nutrition advice that ignores your training
