This 12-week 1:1 coaching program is designed for endurance athletes who are tired of feeling exhausted, injured, stuck, or anxious around food — despite training consistently and “eating clean.” Together, we’ll move away from guesswork and toward a sustainable fueling strategy that supports your performance, health, and confidence with food.

Fully Individualized Nutrition Strategy
Custom nutrition plan tailored to your training, goals, and lifestyle
Guidance around fueling timing (before, during, after workouts)
Optional: lab orders and body comp testing (additional cost)
Ongoing 1:1 Coaching & Support
Three one-hour coaching calls - one every four weeks
Weekly check-ins with adjustments based on training, recovery, hunger, and performance
Direct messaging support for questions, challenges, and real-life situations

Fueling for long runs, speed workouts, race days, and deload weeks
Injury prevention and recovery support
